Shipping policy

At Heedia, we prepare each order with care and attention.

• Order processing: Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Domestic shipping: We ship to all of Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the date of shipment.
• International shipping: If you would like to ship outside of Spain, please contact us in advance at byheedia@gmail.com to check availability and rates.
• Shipping costs: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the customer’s address.
• Delays or issues: Heedia is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or for incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additionally, during periods of high order volume or stock shortages, deliveries may be delayed. We cannot be held responsible for these delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the confirmation and, if applicable, the tracking number.
