Refund policy
At Heedia, each order is prepared with the utmost care to ensure you receive exactly what you requested. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the following exceptional cases:
- If the product received does not match what you ordered (size, color, or model error on our part).
- If the item arrives defective or damaged due to a shipping or preparation error.
In any of these cases, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the order by sending an email to byheedia@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
🔸 Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- If the product does not fit (we recommend checking the size guide before purchasing).
- If you do not like the item or have changed your mind.
- If the product has rusted or deteriorated over time due to improper use or care.
- Any reason not caused by an error on our part.
Once it has been verified that the error is the responsibility of Heedia, we will offer a replacement of the correct product or, if that is not possible, a full refund.
